Our top priority is the safety of our creators, viewers, and partners. We rely on each of you to assist us in safeguarding this unique and vibrant community. It's critical that you understand our Community Standards and how they contribute to our shared responsibility of keeping Supernova safe. Please read the following policy carefully. You can also find a complete list of our rules on this page.
We value the health and well-being of all of our creators and viewers at Supernova. We believe that raising mental health awareness and understanding is important, and we encourage creators to share their stories, such as posting content about their experiences with depression, self-harm, or other mental health issues.
However, we do not allow content on Supernova that encourages suicide or self-harm, or that is intended to shock or disgust viewers.
What should you do if you come across this content?
Please contact local emergency services for assistance and report the post to bring it to our attention if you come across content in which someone expresses suicidal thoughts or engages in self-harm.
What to do if you require assistance
If you're depressed, suicidal, or self-harming, know that help is available and that you're not alone. Many people use suicidal ideation and self-harm as coping mechanisms for painful emotions. Speaking with a professional can assist you in identifying healthy, effective coping strategies as well as developing skills to manage difficult emotions.
